Alloys+
Focused on the segmentation within the industry, adhering to a “specialization, refinement, uniqueness” market differentiation model, we have developed a production method characterized by high quality, high precision, and specialization in product lines. Our main products include high-performance alloy materials and their products such as cast high-temperature alloys, deformation high-temperature alloys, and special stainless steels. We are one of the few domestic enterprises capable of simultaneously mass-producing deformation high-temperature alloys and cast high-temperature alloys (base alloys and precision castings).
With reliable product quality and leading technological strength, the company has accumulated rich high-quality customer resources. At the same time, the company continuously improves product quality, optimizes product structure, actively invests in the research and development of cutting-edge technologies in the industry, improves process equipment, and participates in the supporting development of new technologies for customers. This forms a virtuous cycle, continuously promoting the company’s growth.
Superalloy
Superalloy refers to a class of superalloys that can be hot and cold deformed, have good mechanical properties, comprehensive strength and toughness, and have high oxidation resistance. The deformed superalloy produced by ToLand Alloy is mainly used in fields of gas turbine, aircraft, aero engine, petrochemical industries and so on.
Nickel-based Alloy
Nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys generally refer to nickel-based metal materials with strong corrosion resistance. The corrosion-resistant alloys produced by ToLand Alloy are mainly used in the fields of petrochemical, energy, marine and so on.
Duplex Stainless Steel
Duplex stainless steel stands as a remarkable material renowned for its exceptional combination of strength, corrosion resistance, and versatility, making it indispensable across various industries. Formulated through a balanced mix of austenitic and ferritic microstructures, duplex stainless steel offers superior mechanical properties while exhibiting robust resistance to corrosion, erosion, and stress corrosion cracking in harsh environments.
Super Stainless Steel
Super austenitic stainless steel emerges as a distinguished class of alloys celebrated for its exceptional corrosion resistance and elevated strength properties, setting it apart in demanding environments. Crafted with a high content of chromium, nickel, and molybdenum, these alloys exhibit remarkable resistance to both general and localized corrosion, even in highly corrosive media such as acids, chlorides, and seawater. Characterized by their austenitic microstructure, super stainless steels offer superior toughness, ductility, and weldability, making them ideal for critical applications across industries like chemical processing, oil and gas, and desalination.
